이번엔 특허 출원 사례입니다.
이번 사업자의 경우 내부적으로 문제가 있던 기업으로써 이익은 나고 있는데, 현금 흐름이
나빠지고 그에 따른 단기대여금이 계속 쌓여 가고 있었습니다. 그렇기 때문에 세금
부분에서도 체납이 있었고 많은 고민이 있는 상태에서 미팅을 하게 되었습니다.
계속적으로 단기대여금이 생기자 대표자 자녀분이 나서서 문제점을 해결하고 있었고,
다 해결이 되지 않아서 고민이 많은 상태였습니다.
자금이 필요 하다고 하였는데, 세금 체납중에는 어디서든 대출이 될수 없기 때문에 아직은
불가하고 다른 부분 먼저 해결을 하자고 권유 하였고, 단기 대여금을 처리 하는 방법으로
미팅을 진행했습니다.

일단 주주 관계가 복잡하고 자사주취득 부분도 있는데, 이부분은 위험성이 크기 때문에
특허를 통한 방향을 제시 하였고, 우리는 그냥 가구 제조 하는 곳이라 특허 같은것도 나오기
어렵다라고 이야기 하였는데, 현장 실사를 해보니 법용 기계 말고 기업에서 직원들이 다치지
않겠금 하는 장비를 자체 제작 해서 쓰고 있어서 가능 하다라고 판단하였습니다.
당사 변리사와 미팅 후 가능 판단을 받았고, 감정평가사에게 가평가를 받아 보니 1.7억 까지도 가능하다라고 했습니다.
기업에서는 진행 해달라고 하였고, 전반적인 재무 관련된 부분도 컨설팅 요청하여,
계약 체결 했습니다.
