오늘은 조금 특별한 사례입니다.
자본금이 부족하여 부채비율도 올라가고 업종별 평균 납입 자본금보다도 낮아서
기업등급 평가시영향이 있어서 그부분을 해소 하고자 진행한 케이스 입니다.
대부분 기업의 경우 개인특허를 법인으로 양도 하여 자본으로 증자를 많이 하고 있습니다.
장점으로는 감가상각이 되기 때문에 가치 만큼 법인세가 줄어 들고, 기타 소득으로 60%까지는 공제 없이
진행하기 때문에 장점이 됩니다.
하지만 단점으로는 40% 에 대해서는 종합소득이 나온다는 사실이지요.
그렇기때문에 법인의 부채 비율이라던지 자본금이 부족시에는 법인의 특허를 가지고 평가 하여
증자 하는 방법이 있습니다.
